Kem R. a concept artist, character designer, and story writer living in Maine. He studied at the Maine College of Art to gain a bachelor's degree in Digital Media.
Born in the States to Thai immigrants, Kem was raised rural Maine when he was 6. At age 8, Kem understood the values of hard work while working for his father’s small local Asian restaurant(s) for 10 years. Near his last middle school year, he decided to follow his lofty dream of making long running fantasy franchises from being inspired by games such as Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. Although he tirelessly works on build his fantasy worlds, Kem loves Pokemon and watching anime, and combines both media into one crossover fan-art hobby. |
